Thirty acres of rolling hills, groves, and meadows with numerous nature trails offer an opportunity to wander the beautiful native Texas riparian terrain. Attention is given to wildlife habitat maintenance and preservation. Photo opportunities abound. Spring is especially beautiful, bringing acres of wildflowers to wade through.

Beautiful expanses of glass overhead doors make up the north and west walls. They open up fully to the wrap around porch and roomy deck, truly bringing the outdoors in, whether open or closed!
The interior balcony or mezzanine are excellent spots for chamber players (the natural acoustics are amazing), or as a roost for your DJ! The oak and iron staircase, flanked by venetian plaster columns with glass block inserts and custom LED lighting, offers a dramatic entrance option!
